Happy New Year 2020!

We are excited to already have 68 swimmers registered for 2020 before we even hit New Years Eve! Thank you all for promptly/eventually (you know who you are) taking care of this- we cannot let you swim with us at practice if you are NOT a USMS member. Renewal/registration link here.

We also just successfully completed our third swimathon and raised over $3,000. Our mission is to get some FFH certified as Adult Learn to Swim Coaches and offer clinics free to the public as we get closer to April, USMS Adult Learn to Swim Month. We are also going to host another meet in April and hope that we will have a lot of FFH participants. In total we swam 125 miles and had two parent/child teams (FFH/FCKW) completing between 1,000-10,000 yards each. Lots of laughs and a great guest photographer who seemed to find every bit of sunlight in the pool. After the swimathon we feasted at Katie and Rhett's house and then most of us fell asleep. However Saturday am there were another 15 swimmers at practice-- some returning from the previous afternoon's swimathon. Thank you all for making it so much fun.

Mt Lebanon Aquatic Club is hosting two meets this winter-- this coming Saturday they host the 2020 MLAC New Years Challenge. Link to event here (deck entries accepted!) and a Spring Challenge 2/29/20-3/1/20. Link to the Spring Challenge here. Look for socials-- we hope to go Curling in February and attend Yoga in March.
