How to drop in swim with the FFH

Thanks for your interest in dropping in to swim with the FFH.

We welcome out of town drop ins who are on the verified swimmer drop in list at all practices.

In-town drop in swimmers are welcome at the following practices (limit one per week):

• Sunday, 7:00 am at Fox Chapel High School

• Sunday, 8:30 am at Fox Chapel High School

• Monday, 8:15 pm at Fox Chapel High School

• Wednesday, 7:30 pm at Shadyside Academy

The most up-to-date schedule (last minute changes are a possibility when dealing with school districts) is published on the website on the schedule tab.

How to join us:

• Get verified as a drop in swimmer so that we can add you to our verified drop in swimmer list.

• The cost is $10 per drop in. Passes are not refundable and must be used in the season in which they are purchased.

• Identify yourself as a drop in swimmer to the coach on deck before entering the water (feet first - no diving!)
