How to drop in swim with the FFH

Thanks for your interest in dropping in to swim with the FFH.

We welcome out of town drop ins at all practices.

In-town drop-ins are currently welcome at weekend practices at the Fox Chapel High School only. Stay tuned for changes as . All local drop ins may only attend a single practice a week.

The most up-to-date schedule (last minute changes are a possibility when dealing with school districts) is published on the website on the schedule tab.

How to join us:

• You must be registered with USMS.

• You must prepay for the session.

• The cost is $10 per drop in. Passes are not refundable and must be used in the season in which they are purchased.

• Identify yourself as a drop in swimmer to the coach on deck before entering the water (feet first - no diving!)
