Submit an Event

Event guidelines to help us keep things fun, inclusive, and manageable:

  1. Keep It Easy & Welcoming
    Events should be simple to join, low-stress, and a great place for new swimmers to feel at home.

  2. Build Community
    Choose activities that help us connect, laugh, and actually recognize each other without goggles on.

  3. Balance the Budget
    We’ll aim for no more than two social events per month, mixing paid activities with free or low-cost options.

    We will also continue to host our monthly team happy hour, usually scheduled for the third Thursday of each month.

  4. Include Everyone
    Think about different schedules, personalities, and comfort levels. Not everything needs to be high energy — chill is good too!

  5. Match Our Team Vibe
    Supportive, fun, a touch competitive, and always friendly.

  6. Keep Wellness in Mind
    Events that support movement, recovery, or just feeling good are always welcome.

  7. Celebrate Our People
    A great excuse to cheer on teammates, highlight milestones, or give a shout-out after a big meet.

How to Submit an Event Idea

  • Please give 30 days’ notice so we can plan and promote it properly.

  • If you submit an event and it is approved, you’ll be the lead organizer (don’t worry — it’s usually simple!).

  • Once approved, your event will be added to the official team social calendar and our social media volunteer will help promote the event.
