• FFH registration is CLOSED until summer

Important Rules

• Remove shoes on carpet immediately upon entering deck

• Locker rooms are OFF LIMITS

• Bathroom: Use pool office restroom only

• Third Lot above pool deck entrance (Second from field)

• Must be out of lot by 6:55/7:00 AM

• NO Wednesday or Friday AM practice starting March 15

• Tuesday/Thursday: 5:45–6:45 AM at FCHS

• Doors open 5:35 AM (no propping, locked at 5:50AM)

• Please do not enter water before 5:45 and wait until coach is ready

• Weekday local drop-ins end March 15 until summer/outdoor season
